Up until now I overlooked celebrity exercise workouts. This one has one of my favorite trainers (and dancer), Jennifer Galardi leading Kim K. through a 50 minute strength & light cardio workout. I saw Kim in a new light as she vocally comments about exercising, but always ends in a positive note. Even exercising, Kim upholds her glamorous appearance. Part 1 incorporate very lightweight dumbbells. Part 2 is mostly cardio and you'll work your upper body on a step. You'll combine mountain cllimbers, jumping jacks, planks, and push-ups. It was enjoyable, challenging (for me) and motivated me to get back on a regular exercise schedule.
