The couch took a long time to be delivered, but for $1.00 you can't complain. When it finally came it was missing the chrome legs. I was not sue why it was so low until I looked at the picture again, (that's how long it took to deliver) and realized the chrome legs were missing. I just contacted overstock and they are sending them in a couple of days. The seat is not really soft but it is compact and stylish and looks great. The quality is decent for the price. We didn't want to spend too much and we have received several compliments on this piece, even without the legs!
