Will run Vista Aero, barely. Vista Gaming Graphics Ratiing of 3.0. Use Asus drivers for basic operation, Use nVidia drivers for gaming. On a Dell E521 AMD +3600 it will play Halo 2 in windowed mode at medium settings. No Fan, which is good, but runs warm, have good air flow in your system.
