I ordered this chafing dish just before Christmas for use during several parties. I was impressed with the quality of the dish. It is well made, durable, and about as attactive as you could expect for a service item. I liked the warming cups with the lids for the fuel cans that can be used to regulate the heat without using the fuel can lid itself as a regulator. Clean up was simple, especially if you use disposable foil inserts. Standard pans fit inside perfectly. I used two such inserts to subdivide into smaller sections. The water reservoir allows for even heat retention without the danger of scorched food. They don't mention it in the product data, but there is a lid holder, providing a convenient place to put the lid while serving food. This feature is not found on all such items. I will definitely purchase my next one here, if I need additional capacity.
