I have done a lot of temp work for offices & I love when the office provides this kind of copy holders!! It is easy to use, just look up & down between copy & monitor; it is so much better ergonomics than looking at your copy to the side. The only thing I might change about it is to have it even wider than it is. It's 18 inch width is the widest I have used--wide enough to place 2 papers on it side-by-side. By making it wider students, legal assits, medical data entry & coders, etc. would find this extremely helpful by allowing books, as well as copies, to be placed on it. But this will certainly do until a wider one is available!!!
