I have worn toe rings for many years, and thought this would be a nice addition for summer. I was disappointed to find that after wearing it for about 3 days, the gold plating was already leaving marks on my skin. There is also a small spot of erosion in the metal where my first and second toe touch, and I find that I can no longer wear this ring for long periods of time without it being uncomfortable. The ring is also thicker than I thought it would be, so for someone with small feet it might be too bulky.
