The down is PERFECT, which is why I'm considering keeping this blanket. It's VERY evenly distributed, and gives plenty of warmth without overheating me. BUT the fabric it is in is really uncozy. It's crinkly and every time I move, it makes plastic sounds. It's the opposite of silk or something that just lays. I have mine in a flannel douvet, and because it's so nice for warmth, and because it was dirt cheap, I will probably keep it, but I wish it was in a softer fabric.
