I had ordered an engagement ring for my girlfriend on my iPhone, but the transaction was refused by Overstock. I contacted my credit card company, which informed me that there was plenty of funds and that the problem was on Overstock's end. Initially, I thought that it was all Overstock's fault, but once I spoke Customer Service on the phone, I realized that my phone had autofilled in the wrong zip code for my billing address. Even though this problem was obviously my fault, Overstock Customer Service was still nice enough to apologize thoroughly and even give me a discount for all my trouble! After all of this, I received the ring in two days and totally surprised my girlfriend with it (now finance...). The ring is beautiful, the service was outstanding, and I'll definitely be a return customer to Overstock.
