The product is very beautiful. Liked the shape - bought it for my girlfriend, The diamonds sparkle, the color and clarity are as good as you can find in a diamond cross. Went to 5 different jewelry stores and didn't find a better looking cross - and the price is good. Product arrived and had to spend 20 minutes getting the knot out of the chain. My perspective the chain is worthless - take 3 lines of fishing line and you have the same diameter of the chain. Obviously I didn;t buy it for the chain. I would recommend spending a little money to buy a different jewlery box - the box that comes with it is red and has the overstock symbol. I would recommend this product - hope this helps.
