I found this book to be quite useful with many different approaches and angles to different problems. I think the title "1801 Home Remedies" might be a bit misleading as I don't think there are literally that many in this book but the book is still very useful nonetheless. For the price I would definitely recommend this book just don't let it be your only reference.
