I got a defected chain of this same pendent (the chain had segments with brownish looking colors to it). I called them and send them me a new one and I got it in about 7 days. The 2nd one is really nice.The chain is no longer defected (but the 14K white gold does not look as white or bright as the other 14K white gold chain I seen, so its more on a darker side). Also the diamonds on the replacement chain is brigher and clearer than the 1st one i received. So overall I am really happy with the replacement. Its surprising how the same type of pendent can have so much variation between just two pendent of its very kind.llSo if i get a good one, its a very nice one. Diamond is bright, but still not as bright as the ones you see at the mall store, but its still well set and shiny, so for the 1/3 ct and 14k white gold, i think its a pretty good price. Also, this design is very hard to find, i've search for a while before i found one like this one.
