Delivered with White Glove Service

Our White Glove Service includes delivery and set up of the mattress set in your home. (Extra fees may apply - see below.) Your mattress set will be delivered within 3-6 weeks of the order date. Our white-glove delivery company will call you to set up a delivery appointment approximately 48 hours in advance. The delivery includes carrying the mattress set inside, un-boxing it, simple set-up in the proper room, and removal of the boxing material. Due to state hazardous materials laws, the delivery WILL NOT include moving your current mattress or removal of the old bedding. Please have your bed frame empty and ready for delivery. This service normally costs $120, but when you purchase your mattress set from Overstock.com, our standard shipping charge is still only $2.95 per order.

When your mattress set is delivered, make sure to carefully inspect it for any damage or defects. If you notice any damage or defects, you must note them on the shipping receipt and refuse the delivery. If you notice damage/defects and refuse the mattress set, please notify Overstock.com immediately so we can quickly resolve the issue for you.

Additional fees will apply to following circumstances.

Redelivery - Our carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment to deliver your order. If you are not home at the agreed delivery time or if you tell the carrier to come back at a later time (for any reason), you will be charged a $120 re-delivery fee per attempt. *

Storage charge - Once our carrier contacts you, you must respond to them right away to set up a delivery appointment. If you do not respond, our carrier will store your merchandise at their shipping facility until they can contact you. You will be charged a storage fee of $25 per month (after the 5th business day of our carrier trying to contact you). *

Extra Time/Labor charge - $20.00 per hour after the first 15 minutes (applies to wait time) - Standard delivery will take 15 minutes or less and there is no charge for the first 15 minutes. If you are not prepared for delivery or if a path needs to be cleared, furniture needs to be moved, or doors need to be taken off hinges in order to deliver the mattress set, this fee will apply. *

Stair Carry Fee - $18 per flight after two flights (flight identified as 10 stairs) - This fee will apply for each flight of stairs that our delivery agent has to travel while carrying your mattress set from the curbside to your bedroom. This fee also applies for any steep uphill or downhill slopes that lead to the entryway of your residence. *

If you return or refuse a non-defective mattress set, you will be charged $120 for the return shipping costs and up to a $50 repackaging fee will be assessed. Our freight carrier will have to entirely re-package your mattress prior to shipping it back to our fulfillment center. *

We do not offer the option of a specific, time-requested delivery.  Our carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery for a time when they will be in your area.

We do not deliver on weekends.

*Our carrier will not bill you for the additional fees listed above.  You will see these additional fees as separate charges on your credit card statement.  Please expect several days from the date of delivery to process these charges.
