  I have two other Jenni Chan luggage pieces, and couldn't pass up this one when I found it on overstock.com. Item is as described, quality is great, colors match my other two pieces perfectly. The outside zippered pocket is padded and perfect for my little chromebook computer.

  i need an overhead and airline approved bag, and this was it. It worked good enough. However, it's not very sturdy so it flops over when wheeling it around corners. Also, my son helped me and he was rough with it, it now has a hole. Good for the trip but for a little more money, i would get something more sturdy.

  Bag is well made and serves its purpose well. However, the cut of the bag at an angle on top, does eliminate some additional space I had on similar bags with the same dimensions.

  The bag looks okay from the outside but when you open it you can see the interior handles which for some reason aren't covered with the bag material like any other bag would be. This bag it to big and quality is poor. I only use this bag to put my uniform and 1 book and it literally has sm tears on 1 of the ends, I think it's cheap quality. Looking for a new, diff bag.
