Big Screen, Projection, and Plasma TV’s may incur additional shipping costs. (See additional fees below.)  Your item will be delivered within 3 - 6 weeks from the day you place your order. Our delivery company will call you to set up a delivery appointment, approximately 48 hrs in advance. This service normally costs $250, but when you purchase items from Overstock.com, our standard shipping charge is still only $2.95 per order*! (*See additional fees below.)

Large Item TV’s are not returnable.  All large item TV’s come with a manufacturer in house warranty and an extended warranty can also be purchased.  If your TV develops a problem after delivery you will need to contact the manufacturer or warranty provider for repair.

When your item is delivered, make sure to carefully inspect it for any damage or defects. If you notice any damage or defects, you must note them on the shipping receipt and refuse the delivery. If this does occur, please notify Overstock.com immediately so we can quickly resolve the issue for you.

Redelivery - Our carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment to deliver your order. If you are not home at this agreed upon delivery time, or if you tell the carrier to come back at a later time (for any reason) you will be charged a $25 fee for re-delivery.  A storage fee of $45 per day may also apply.

Storage charge - Once our carrier contacts you, you must respond to them right away to set up a delivery appointment. If you do not respond, our carrier will be forced to store your merchandise at their shipping facility until they can contact you. A fee of $45 per day will be charged for storage (after the 4th business day of our carrier trying to contact you).  This fee also applies to refused deliveries, which must then be stored while being returned to our fulfillment center.

If you refuse a non-defective item, you will be charged $250 for the return shipping costs and up to a $50 repackaging fee will be assessed. Our freight carrier will have to entirely re-package your item prior to shipping it back to our fulfillment center.   A 15% restocking will also be assessed once the item has reached our fulfillment center.
