  I can't believe that I purchased a sectional sofa on line--and I am sooooo glad that I did! I love this sectional sofa and I have taken up "residence" on the sofa's chaise lounge.

  • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Excellent!
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Excellent quality leather; extremely sturdy metal frame; and firm and comfortable seating. I especially love the extent, to which each back section adjusts, separately.
  • How accurate was the on site description of the product? I did not realize the extent to which the sofa back sections are adjustable, from the on-site description.
  • Would you recommend this to a friend? Yes

  We received this set - hoping it would be jut right for our family and DOGS. We have a hard time with pet hair and looking for something big enough and comfy enough. IT WORKS GREAT. The size is wonderful - the seats are comfy and it cleans up easily - I would easily recommend this sectional!

  The sectional is nice looking, slightly larger than I realized (despite the measurements); I was slightly disappointed by the rigidity of the back of the unit (caves slightly in and makes a popping sound if pressure is applied to the center); The cushions are not reversible, but stay in place well and the fabric vacuums clean nicely.

  The color, shape, and dimensions of the product are pretty accurate, but the ottoman is not available. The sectional and ottoman are ordered separately. I have ordered the sectional when I found that the ottoman was not available. Their customer service is very good, very helpful.

  Product arrived COMPLETELY damaged!! Looks like a forklift went through the frame, huge gauge and rip on the front part of the leather, stained fabric, 2 DIFFERENT colored legs, some red and some black, legs ripped off and screws to put them back on we're already stripped! Underneath also all ripped!! Cannot believe they could even think about delivering a product like this. Once reported, I was bounced around so many times and received so many different answers as far as resolving the issues!, paid for the coverage protection but the product is "out of stock" and they have "no way of having anyone fix it" On top of all of this, it took over a month for us to receive this and start the runaround with trying to get a replacement that was even somewhat decent! Visitors that saw this couch thought we bought it at the Salvation Army, embarrassing to say the least!!! Now to sit around for another full day so they can send someone back to pick it up!! VERY disappointing!! Be prepared to be c...
