Hy I tried in vain to use the 'helpline' but the chat was unavailable and the email facility just wouldn't post. It is making me a bit wary of purchasing from the site at all as if thereare any problems it looks like it's going to be very difficult getting any contact with this comapny's site :-( I have a technical question for the above. I am based in the UK. I wondered if this grinder had to be used with an adaptor or transformer? can it be used straight out of the box in the UK or does it need to be 'converted to a 240 volts mains system. I know that some electrical equipment has to be re wired or sometimes has a 'conversion switch. Can I also check that this is suitable to grind meat with bones in it. I am only talking about chicken and rabbit bones nothing bigger. One of the reviewers implied that it was capable of doing this. I would not be using the grinder daily for hours on end. probably just once a month to prepare a batch of food for my cats. Thanks Tina Latham :-)
