Such a disappointment and embarrassment. Ordered something for my wife for Valentine's Day. Was told that it will be delivered by 2/13/13 but to date, not here yet. Needless to say, it was so sad that we ended in a disagreement and a truly sad event. Wow, such poor service. This is my order #: 121097540. Things. Like this one can never be repaired by countless apologies or vouchers. This is just poor taste and surely, will make order no more from your company. One last thing...do not say it if you can not deliver. It is just patronizing, insulting and truly maddening. I know I am mad and your company needs to hear it.
