Hello rwilly, I'm very sorry to hear that you received the incorrect color twice. We do want to make this right for you and make sure that the issue is addressed with our warehouse. Please send your order information to email@example.com so that we may look into this for you.
I've tried all e-mail recommendations your company has given me and so far all they want to do is appease me with money rather than correct the main problem. I'm tired of getting routed to different parts of your company and getting nothing done. Feel like I'm dealing with a bunch of amatures rather than a professional company. Sad.
I am very disappointed with Overstock.com as well. i ordered a Gift for my mom for christmas and when I did not get the tracking information for my shippment, I contacted both overstock and ups. I was later told that the truck that my shippment was on was stolen. i had problem waiting to get a replacement shippment since there is still time until christmas. I got a few e-mails today telling me that they don't have what I ordered in stock anymore so they refunded me my money. They also told me that they can't guarantee that things will stay in stock very long and pretty much that I am out of luck. When I ordered my gift there were plenty of the item in stock. I now have to pay full price for the same gift from a different place. i will not be shopping with Overstock.com again.
