Tom Tom GPS - Decent Device - Poor Quality Service & Support
I have used Tom Tom GPS' for over 6 years. This was a great company but lately they have taken the emphasis away from quality service and product reliability. Tech Support has been moved from Concord, MA to Mexico. Aside from the language problems, there is the lack of technical proficiency. Calls to the corporate office in Concord are no longer answered except by an answering machine and no calls are returned. A defective GO930 was returned and replaced with a refurbished, inoperative unit. This was replaced with another refurbished inoperative unit and so on with the third replacement. I am now waiting for the 4th which is promised to be a new unit, as the 3rd was promised to be and wasn't. Stay away from Tom Tom. They do not care about their customers, so their customers should take their business elsewhere. Buyer beware!
