TERRIBLE UNFAIR CANCELLATION POLICY
I placed an order, then a few hours later tried to cancel it. I was told by your chat representative that the order was already sent to the warehouse for fulfillment. A few hours later???? I find this impossible to believe. This order still has not shipped (two days later) yet you're telling me it could not be cancelled????!!! This is ridiculous. You mean I have to wait for the items to arrive, then go through the return process, then wait for a refund...when all you had to do was cancel when I asked you to just a FEW HOURS after I placed the order! This was my first time ordering from Overstock.com, and trust me it will be my last!!!!

I'm going through this same nightmare right now. I ordered sunglasses. I no longer want them. Please cancel asap. I'm chatting with someone online (one of your reps) and getting frustrated. Please cancel RIGHT now. My order number is 129727182
