not just that there are other critical issues with overstock.com shipping policy. If you accidentally put in wrong shipping address, they wouldn't let you change that even when the order is still being processed. I mean all they have to do is change the shipping address which they won't but rather will have you whole order cancelled and place a new order. This is the only company I've dealt with who has this policy, and I shop everything online. Never had an issue with correcting my shipping address with any other online vendor.

Hello rshri, I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with our order procedures. Unfortunately once the order is placed it basically freezes in our system and an electronic confirmation is sent to one of our many warehouses, because of this once the order is placed we are unable to edit the order in any way. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
