Processing for 6 days ?

i ordered jewelery on 8/4, it is still in the processing stage a week later...terrible service.

I had the same problem, order also not processed except after 1 week, and now over 2 weeks, no ring! I would be perfectly fine with that if the S&H was reasonable but because it is DHL to Canada I paid $20 plus $48 for tax (which should be around only $25) and duties!! so a total of $70 to get the ring shipped and still nothing after all this time!

I have a similar story, but I am now into my 10th day of waiting. What is even more frustrating is, the website claims that my 2 seperate orders have been shipped, but the tracking number information is incorrect, and I'm not able to track it through DHL. I'm wondering how long I should wait before I send up the red flag.

SIMILAR story here, I ordered my ring on 22nd, it is saturday morning, 3am. and i contacted on Monday, i was told that the SHIPPING WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS dosn't include SAT and SUN. ( but they are doing business on SAT AND SUNDAY ) , so today is TUESDAY ( almost end ) it is still PROCESSING. I am giving it another day with is TOMORROW.. Oco RETURN policy said that if customers delay the return , then they wouldnt get a refund for the RETURN, ( as a punishment). so what we should do to PUNISH O.co for delaying shipping?

Yeah I'm in my sixth day of processing now. I ordered a cat scratching post that was supposed to be here for Christmas, and now two day after Christmas it's still processing? Seriously if it's going to take this long just to process how long is it going to take to finally ship and get here? I've ordered lots of things off of many different sites and this has to be the worst online ordering experience I've ever had.

Same here! Day 6 of processing. What is most frustrating is that I have already been charged! Overstock should not charge you until the order has SHIPPED!!!!

I have ordered my bag bean chair on Tuesday with the hope it would be here for weekend ! On Wednesday, after a day of processing, I called the customer service and was told it will take 10 days to process and 10 days to ship. 20 days to shop for an item ?! This is ridiculous! My first order from overstock and definitely the last !

i ordered a table for my tv on 4/6. they say they shipped it out on the 9th. STILL have not recieved the damn thing...what i really wanna do is return the damn thing and get my money back....
