IF I STATE I NEVER AUTHORIZED AND ASK FOR AN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION/CREDIT, WHY DON'T YOU HONOR THAT IF YOU ARE A LEGITIMATE COMPANY?

Hello lifelearner, We apologize for this inconvenience and we have received your email and you will should have received an email that this was refunded and I again apologize for all the frustration.
UPDATE: 12/9/2012 After spending over 2 hours yesterday writing to the "online chat customer service", and contacting my credit card company, etc., today (on a Sunday, which is actually quite impressive!) I heard back from an Overstock.com customer service employee who reached out to me both via phone and email to successfully resolve my entire problem and did all they could do to make my unfortunate situation right. While I wish there had been no need for angst to begin with, nonetheless, I am glad they were successfully able to resolve. I do hope they will follow through with my promised credit, and will definitely keep everyone posted if they don't. :-) Thank you customer service.
