Hello O.co, your customers are not blind nor stupid nor illiterate!

I never had problems with your service in the past but wow what awful customer service representatives on online Chat! I have contact them twice in the last two days and I actually think they were the same person with different screen names because of identical condescending attitudes as if I was bothering them somehow for asking questions. I asked about pricing difference on two of the same model shoe, just different colors, rep insisted it was different prices because they are different shoes (even though under all other websites, they are identical under the same name same price, just different colors). I said, "I know there is a heel height difference in the description but your website is confusing when the two color shoes are all under the same name". The rep proceeds to copy and paste all the descriptions from the website. I told him to stop and that I could read and he does not have to do that. I asked if the shoe I was interested in would come down in price, he proceeded to launch into another rant about how it's not the same shoe and proceeded to copy and paste the description for me again. I said "thank you for reiterating the fact the shoe heels are different again and again". What a jerk and still did not answer my question. Today had a question about the return policy. the rep sent me the link to the o.co's return policy. Hello O.co, your customers are not blind nor stupid nor illiterate. We can read ourselves and if our questions were answered in the policy then why would I still have to subject myself to your poor customer service rep's bad attitudes to try and obtain an answer?? The rep was very impatient using constantly asking if there was anything else she can help me with when I wasn't even finished typing which she can see in the chat box. Your reps need major training. I am done with your customer service.

Hello achen416, I do apologize for the recent problems with your customer service experience. If you would provide me the item numbers for the shoes that you are looking at I would be happy to look into this and provide you with the differences between the two items.
