Disappointed

I was so disappointed w/ my last order. I ordered a longchamp handbag for a late christmas present for my sister. Jan 3 i received an email that the bags been sent. I've been waiting for like close to a week and still handbag havent arrived, contacted the customer service and said they cant trace the handbag and that the shipping department havent updated the shipment. After a day overstock customer service sent me an email that they received the returned longchamp handbag and they refund me. I am so pissed!!!!! If the handbag is out of stock they should have updated the website. I am just not happy with my last shopping experience with overstock..fail!! And also i while i was browsing some longchamp review i read 2 reviews and said looks like the bag is fake. So i guess its a blessing in disguise that my order did not go through.
