I ordered a dining room table around 8pm. I then chatted with customer service 2 hours later to request a cancellation of my order. They told me I could not cancel since the order was already being processed at the warehouse, but that I could do a return for a full refund once it arrived. But, I researched overstock.com's return policy and found the cost of return shipping would be deducted from my return. So, the next day even though the item still had not shipped, I tried contacting overstock again to see if they could stop the shipment with UPS. Again, they told me there was nothing they could do. So, the table will be shipped to me in several days and I'll have to pay to ship it back for a return. I'm frustrated that they couldn't cancel the order the same day (just 2 hours after ordering) to save the considerable return shipping costs. Do I have any other options? Thanks.
