Star Craft 2, all the way. Fallout New Vegas and Civ 5 definitely deserve a mention though.

Starcraft 2 is definitely up there. But I think World of Warcraft: Cataclysm is going to be incredible. If you like MMORPGs, it's definitely the best one out there, and the new expansion is going to completely change the entire game.

The last Monkey Island thing from Telltale came out in 2010, right? That gets my vote. Yeah, ok, it's not really "best" material unless you're a lifer monkey island fanboy. Which, uh...I'm really not...I don't think I finished a monkey island game until like six years ago.
