I'm looking at these Alabaster lamps from Worldstock: http://www.overstock.com/search?keywords=&taxonomy=cat792&searchtype=guidedNav&additionalKeywords=Alabaster Especially the rectangular one with the sort of irregular looking edges. Has anyone tried one of these, or anything like it. How do you find the light level and general mood that the lamps give? I tend to think that one could really warm up a room. I'm also concerned with durability. Would you have this lamp in a home with smaller children? Any feedback or advice would be great. Thanks!!
