  Was initially able to download music but when I tried to install additional music, it errored out and corrupted some existing files. Had to reformat the unit in order to re-install music but it would freeze up when I try to listen to any songs. Could not power it down once it froze. Had to wait for the player to lose power. Very frustrating!

  Yes, it holds alot, yes it has the functions is reports but--I have definitely seen better for the money. I wish I would have researched a bit more. The graphics are not the best. It is not very user friendly. The best part of the entire deal is the headphones. They are not the cheap ones. I will keep this one to use in a pinch or something but I am already looking for a better one to replace this.....and this one is just a couple weeks old. Not pleased at all.

  I received this and it would not turn on. I called the manufacturer and they told me it was defective and if I paid the shipping they would replace or repair it for free. However I called overstock and they gave me a return label with UPS at their exspense and I received a refund.
