  I love my new laptop. I'm a CPA and I was able to work from home for the first tax season in 23 years. I had no issues and I would recommend this product to a friend!

  The dell computer would continually break and fall apart. the computer would overheat so much that it was inoperable and one could not use it after more than an hour of use. The fan has broken multiple times within the year I have had it. The computer glitches all the time and it lags in loading up. THe computer feels like its made cheaply and because of that it continues to break. Would not recommend it, its a very poor quality computer.

  The Toshiba Satellite laptop is OK, I can not say the product is bad, a simple computer for basic use what really sucks is Windows 8 I deeply regret my poor choice I should had read the terrible opinions I had found about Windows 8, Windows 95 is much better, if you buy it, good luck!!!!!
