  Well, first of all it came with no instructions on how to use the damn thing. None! I've had other digital cameras before so I should've been able to figure out how to operate. But this one took me a while and still my picture quality is not good. Since there were no instructions it was very hard to find the place to put the batteries, and nothing on the camera itself gives it away. When I finally did pry something open, and yes, that's what you have to do, it turned out to be the battery location, then it had nothing on it to indicate which direction to put in the batteries. My advice: buy a different camera, even if it costs more

  I bought this camera because my other digital camera required me to be still when taking pictures. This camera cost more and did not take better pictures.

  I had the problem with the first one and sent it back and had the same problem with the replacement

  • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? not that I could tell other than holding charge
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. After trying 2 times I wouldn't try again

  This item was a gift to me from my husband. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! I use it on almost a daily basis. It is very user friendly and easy to use. It's compact but has a ton of features. I get compliments on all the photos I have taken with it. It's the best present yet!
