I took the advice from the first reviewer and hung it from my rear-view mirror in my car. It is very pretty and you can tell it was hand-crafted, but it is not really something I would wear because the prettiest part of the rose is facing down and you can see the glue where the petals meet the rose. However, I knew I was going to use it as a decoration when I bought it, so I am very satisfied and I do love roses!

I saw the rose and thought it was trimmed in gold but, it was a dipped rose on a gold chain. The gold is not real but, it is very pretty to hang as a ornament or in your car. You may want to change the chain so your neck won't turn green. Very well crafted, well packaged and what a beautiful box. You will like this item for any sentimental eternal rose ideas for a loved one. It's a keeper.
