Story Behind the Art:

Jariya Kakaew: 'My brother and I share a love for crafts and art, and he began designing cotton clothes. He began to receive awards and recognition, and he invited me to join him. When he saw I had developed my own skills and styles, he left me in charge. My designs focus on using natural materials and traditional techniques for a modern lifestyle. We use the method of coiling thread to decorate a lot of the work. This brings plenty of work to people from different villages.'
