Women's Bean Project is a Worldstock partner and a nonprofit organization that teaches job readiness and life skills for entry-level jobs through employment in our gourmet food production business.
They are located in Denver, Colorado and have been working with us for over three years Women come with the goal of transforming their lives and moving toward self sufficiency.
Women find the Bean Project many different ways, but most often are referred by graduates and current program participants. Parole officers, homeless shelters and other service agencies all refer women to the Bean Project
Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are not accepted by state law.

After endless searching for an appropriate gift for my boss who has everything, I finally settled on this soup gift set. He loved it!!!!!!"I like soup, and I like helping people at the same time!" were his exact words....Only wish there had been a tad more of background information included on the Womens Bean Project. He plans to order this for other birthdays, holidays, etc. thanks, Overstock!

I bought this product for my mother who has a bean fetish, she absolutely loved the mixes! The product came with a sticker signed by the woman who put it together which was nice to explain the Women' s Bean Project and gave it that handmade touch mom's love. If anything the only complaint I had was the packaging. It's a flimsy cardboard and not much to look at. If you order this as a gift, you might want to put it in another container (gift box, basket, etc) for a better presentation. But overall I was very pleased.
