The Story Behind the Project
Womens Bean Project is a Worldstock partner and a nonprofit organization that teaches job readiness and life skills for entry-level jobs through employment in our gourmet food production business.
They are located in Denver, Colorado and have been working with us for over three years Women come with the goal of transforming their lives and moving toward self sufficiency.
Women find the Bean Project many different ways, but most often are referred by graduates and current program participants. Parole officers, homeless shelters and other service agencies all refer women to the Bean Project.

I ordered three of these for Christmas gifts. They arrived wrapped beautiful. The basket is nice.
Very pricey for what you get. But , this is for a great cause. The web site is on the ribbon they wrap it in, so I pulled it up on line and read it. It will make you feel good to buy from such a good cause, it did me.
