Add a touch of Africa to any room with this Large Trunk-up Elephant Wood Carving. This statue was created by the Agege carvers of the Ashanti tribesmen of Kumasi, Ghana (West Africa). The ancient African believe which that an elephant with a trunk-up is a peaceful elephant which brings good luck to the village. This piece was hand-carved from sesse wood.
The handcrafted nature of this product will produce minor differences in color and sizing. Subtle shade variations will occur from piece to piece, adding to its unique qualities. Measurements are approximate.
