This wood has a life expectancy of 75 years if left untreated, due to its natural rubber content that resists moisture. Each frame contains a piece of Sa paper (handmade paper) as the backdrop. It accommodates a 3.5 x 5-inch picture. This set comes with two bookends.

These book ends are absolutely gorgeous! They are rather large and substantial, so I feel comfortable placing them on a bookshelf to hold my books. The paper that comes with the bookends is also very nice, so you don't have to add your own pictures if you don't want to. Great buy!

The wood is gorgeous. Deep, dark & beautiful to the touch wood. Even the paper that comes in the frames with the dried flowers in it, was so cool! My fiance loved them for his office (and for our future home)!

These bookends are great! Lovely and sturdy. My one note would be that the wood is a light and may not hold up heavy books, but works perfectly on my desk.
