Story behind the Art:
Born on March 3, 1974 in the Gianyar Regency, Komang Wirawan is the youngest of three children. It was in Secondary School where he became drawn to the creation of fine silver jewelry. Wirawan worked after school in order to be able to pay for school tuition. He walked far everyday to Celuk, a village renowned for its silver and gold jewelry and where he began to acquire the elements of his craft. Wirawan worked hard every day. Wirawan has gained experience over the passing of the years.
