Story Behind the Art

"My name is Achara and my husband is Withaya, who is the head of our talented designers and artisans team. It has been more than 20 years that we have designed, made and marketed silver jewelry. At first we created our unique products by ourselves. Then we learned that the hill tribe people of northern Thailand had wonderful silversmith skills, but that most of their jewelry is not traditionally considered very marketable. We decided to work in close association with them. We would help them improve their handcrafting skills, design finished products using some of their beads, and establish a quality control system that would enhance their centuries-old traditional methods."

I bought this bracelet for my hard to please daughter as a graduation gift. She loves the bracelet and wears it every chance she gets. The bracelet is a great value and the Overstock customer service reps were excellent and ensured that I had the brecelet in time for the graduation.

I purchased this bracelet for my daughter's 21st birthday. It came in a lovely velvet box, very nice workmanship, but much lighter in weight than I thought it would be. Needless to say, she loved it. The shipping does take a bit longer than I anticipated, however, it was worth the wait.
