    Story Behind the Art:

    Leticia Orozco Santana began to design jewelry items when she was 19 years old. Since then, she has evolved into designing a variety of accessories including textiles, weaves, jewelry and hats. 'Gemstones have always been my passion,' admits Orozco, who has trained in different silversmith techniques. Orozco settled on a style she has termed 'contemporary baroque,' influenced by nature's varied forms and textures.
