Story Behind the Art:

'I am Maricarmen. I have always enjoyed creating a variety of things with my hands, and this led me one day to take a course on jewelry. It's the best thing I ever did! I lose track of time when I sit down with a gemstone in front of me. I feel a surge of passion for the piece. To me, the art of jewelry design is about simple lines featuring color and textures that bring us closer to nature, making us feel alive within it. I hope people are happy when they wear my designs, because that is my ultimate goal.'
