Story Behind the Art:

'My name is Wittaya, although my full name is Pongwittaya Panthakul. After high school, I began to work at one of the biggest arts and crafts showrooms. Eventually I learned to craft a variety of items, and through hard work and dedication I soon became an expert. My work is intended to showcase our local customs and our Thai traditions. Now, after much hard work I have my own workshop and I have been able to offer jobs to a few people in my community. Together we work like one big family and as such we help each other during difficult times.'
