This factory is located in the Guangdong region of mainland China. The father is the main person in charge and employs many family members. Day to day operations are run by an aunt while the son is being groomed to take over once his father retires - all of this family greatly adds to the quality and productivity of this factory. Over 300 skilled and non-skilled craftsman work together, passing knowledge and craftsmanship from generation to generation. The working conditions of this group are excellent. The factory provides an excellent lunch each day for the staff. I've had my Good Fortune Characters for 3 weeks and I'm still satisfied with my purchase! Each character is a bit small - about the size of a hand but the beautiful deep rich color makes them stand out. Only the outer safety shipping carton was labeled with each character's definition so you'll need to label the back of each character yourself or simply learn the language.
