Story Behind the Art:
This is a Fair Trade product, handcrafted by artisans in India. These cushions are hand-woven on small looms in traditional 'Bodo' style weaving. Women artisans put together this loom using wooden stick and ropes. The pattern is woven into the fabric by carefully hand-knotting the different threads.
These are made in rural communities in East India. Fair Trade practices ensure, fair wages, no child labor, equal rights for women, preservation of traditional arts and development opportunities for these underprivileged artisans.

The handcrafted nature of this product will produce minor differences in design and sizing. Subtle variations will occur from piece to piece, adding to its unique qualities. Measurements may vary slightly.
