This is a Fair Trade product, handcrafted by artisans in India. These cushions are handmade by intricate cut-work and applique art. The entire patch is made using a single piece of fabric without any joints. This is a traditional art of Northwestern Rajasthan, a desert region on the border of India and Pakistan. This is an area of limited opportunities and these products are providing sustainable employment and economic opportunities. Fair Trade practices ensures fair wages, no child labor, equal rights for women, preservation of traditional arts and development opportunities for these underprivileged artisans.
The handcrafted nature of this product will produce minor differences in design and sizing. Subtle variations will occur from piece to piece, adding to its unique qualities. Measurements may vary slightly.

These pillow covers are beautiful and the color is is spot on to the photo. Love the artisan design and handiwork. Easy to stuff with inexpensive pillow filling.
Beautiful design, good quality, and excellent value. In the picture they look more like a lemon yellow, but they are really more of a goldenrod yellow - still looks good!
