The tables were as shown in picture. There was however on each table a chip on a corner of the table. They were packaged really well,not sure how they were damaged.
I love it - it comes assembled - weighs 40 pounds - its dark and very sturdy - recommend it highly
We love everything about these end tables. The color is dark brown with a minor hint of red, without looking black at all (we had problems with a prior purchase because of that problem). Although they were packed really well, one of the drawer sliders came broken. These tables are made of solid wood, however, so we easily fixed it by tacking the sliding rod back down with a finishing nail. They were a little smaller than I envisioned, but still work well with our oversized lamps. These tables are a great value based on all the veneer end tables we looked at in the same price range. Would definately buy again!

The end tables are made out of real wood; which we had a hard finding because most of the tables we looked at were made out of veneer wood products. They are the perfect size for what we needed; the drawers work great and are very handy. Also the botton shelf is a nice feature. Hand-made, so they are a little rougher than factory manufactured; but we like the look real well. The rose colored wood is very pretty; they came completely assembled and well packaged. Glad we purchased them.
