About the Artist: Ritu
Ritu was born in Jaipur, India, popularly known as the Pink City, but also called the City of Gems. Ritu have always wanted to be connected to this wonderful world of gems and jewelry, and finally got his wish after he married. Her husband's family has a long lineage in crafts and trade, handed down from generation to generation. Encouraged by her husband, she began creating some jewelry, influenced by ancient designs as well as contemporary themes.
It has been a long journey for her, and she knows she still has a lifetime of learning ahead of her as she practices and perfects her craft, a journey she hopes you will share.
