Story Behind the Art
Nyoman Rena was born the third of five children. His father is Made Beratha and his mother is Ketut Sukarti. His grandfather, an architect of traditional Balinese buildings gave much support to Rena's hobby of carving, which he combines with his silver work. He believes that one day his silver crafting will invite the interest of costumers worldwide.'

these earrings are pretty but nothing like the pic. first they are quite large and long. but the discs are thin and very polished, so they look chrome-like. the designs are much smaller, proportionately.i was hoping they, like the pic, would have a more muted tone and that the designs would take up more of the disc.they are well made, though. i will wear them for evening wear and the first person who admires them, gets them!!
