Story Behind the Art
Anu worked as a teacher before turning to her first love, textiles, for a living. She works with her husband to produce beautiful scarves and shawls for many people, including Kandahar. She has worked with many of the same artisans for years, and takes as much care with quality control as she does with design. Anu's daughter is an artist who aspires to design fashion clothing some day. The family lives and works in New Delhi, India.
The handcrafted nature of this product will produce minor differences in design and sizing. Subtle variations will occur from piece to piece, adding to its unique qualities. Measurements may vary slightly.
