This copper bracelet has been hand crafted in the capital of India, Delhi. The words Om Namo Shiva have been inscribed into the metal with the ancient Indian language of Sanskrit. It is said that chanting these words bring peace and enlightenment. This copper bracelet is two tone and has two semi precious stones at each end.
The Story Behind the Product
Deepak Pachauri is a 22 year old artisan from New Delhi who makes brass bracelets and other handicrafts. He started making handicrafts under his father¿s tutelage. His father was a farmer. His father learned from his relatives and started making on his own crafts as a way to supplement the meager earnings of the families¿ small piece of land.
Deepak saw his father work and learned by practicing everyday. Today he can make any jewelry item from necklaces, to belts, to rings and beyond. He says it takes two days for him to make one brass bracelet. According to him the Om Namah Shiva brass bracelet sells very well.
Deepak has three brothers and a sister. His younger brother and father are with him in the handicraft work. He is currently looking for a place where he could set up his own permanent shop. Deepak thanks you for you interest in his.

Beautiful-It is exactly what I thought it would be. I would recommend this to anyone. Would make a great gift.

The bracelet arrived at my house looking just as it did on the internet, that made me extremely happy. I love it and I do feel more compassionate when I wear it. The only down side is that my skin reacts to copper (which I didn't know), but its not a violent reaction, my wrist just turns a mild blue hue. I recommend this bracelet to everyone.

This is even prettier than in the pictures! I wish there were different choices available for the little stones near the ends, but it's very nice how it is anyway.

What a beautiful bracelet! I absolutely love it! My bracelet was a bit shinnier than the picture, the gold tone being brighter. The workmanship and detail on this bracelet is fantastic. The red stones on each end of this bracelet just set it off beautifully. The only issue I had with this was that it turned my wrist green from the copper; but I used clear nail polish on the inside and have had no more problems! I definintly believe I got a great value and deal!

The bracelet is very pretty. My only complaint is that I've had the lettering snag a sweater. I'll keep that in mind and it will not be a problem.
